This is a paradise on earth. The service, the location, all the onsen available deserve a full 10 vote. I lost my mobile on the bus directed to the hotel and all the staff made their best to contact the transport company, and the day after I received my mobile! 10, 10, 10!

Staff and service, food, room, mens onsen were excellent. Very traditional Japanese experience which was just what we were looking for. Thoroughly recommended.

The team is exceptionally friendly, supportive and considerate. We are very grateful for the wonderful stay. The location is very good; right by the river. The onsen are very beautiful.

Great location, very nice setting and loved the different Onsen. The food was amazing and the staff very thoughtful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

There's pick-up service from the nearby bus station. The service is very good, they even helped to keep your shoes. The view from the room is very nice, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful location with the sounds of the river in the background. I have multiple tattoos and was able to use any of the 6 private onsens without issue.
