This hotel was one of the best experiences during my first time visit to Japan. As soon as you enter you feel like in some Japanese SPA and relaxation world - the smells, the music, the interior. Everything was perfect and exceeded high expectations.
I stayed for 3 days and especially loved their public bath - went there 3 times per day (crazy, I know). It was so interesting to try it first time. Be ready and study the rules how to behave if its a first time :)

Firstly, the staff were incredible and really easy to deal with. The room was lovely and had more than enough space for the two of us.
Location was great, a 5min walk to the busy shopping streets one way and 5min to the subway the other. All while feeling unique and isolated from the crowds. Loved our stay here.

The rooms are so big for Japan. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is amazing. I stayed in a number of rooms as we kept extending our stay, my favourite room was the one facing the street as it was quietest. The ones facing the river seem to have some low level noise from the Subway but it's not very bad my any means. I slept perfectly in all of the rooms.
