The property is really really close to train station, 2-3 minute walk. It is bigger than all other Japan accommodation I’ve been to, newly built so all amenities, equipment and appliances are new. There’s also a comprehensive English version on how to use all equipment so everything was so easy to use. Big bed, lounge, walk in dresser, fridge, microwave, stove and laundry all works well. They even have a documented staff recos on restaurants, etc. Toiletries/towels/detergent are available near lobby if you need more. Everything about this hotel was well thought of and I truly appreciated every detail. 100% highly recommended!

The place itself is amazing. The accommodation has so many unique beautiful and traditional details, it has everything you might need during your stay and even more, to create an unique experience while staying in Kyoto. Location was also very good, with different places to eat around and 7 mins walk from one of the most amazing point of interest in Kyoto, Fushimi Inari Shrine. The communication with the Staff was very easy and very quick to answer and request, questions and more we had. Thank you for having us in your amazing property. We hope to be back soon.

The house is very close by a station and the inari shrine. The host also let us use the bike which made travelling across Kyoto very nice. Would definitely recommend

Awesome authentic stay with sleep on tatami mats. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with metro stations within walking distance. Don’t worry about close metro railway it’s barely audible. Also the host was super hospitable I’d recommend the stay to anyone.

Amazing place a 5 minute walk from the Thous sand Tori Gates. This made it easy for us to have a night hike and an early morning visit to beat the insane crowds. The bath and wet room is incredibly relaxing. The beds are comfy and the room had a whole kitchen set with fridge, microwave, etc. It even had a laundry machine which we weren't expect!
