It is a very convenient place if you are planning to stay a few weeks there for working purposes. Is quite near the Karasuma Metro Line (takes just 8 minutes from Takeda to arrive to Kyoto station)

Everything is lovely! V good heating in the room. Everything is neat, tidy and stylish. Very accessible to 2 train stations (Inari Station and Fushimi Inari Station). Abt 400 metres away from train station.

Location was amazing, even if you mainly use JR line which is only 5 mins away.
The rooms were spacious on both floors, and the bath was really nice.
The futon were really comfortable.

Good location, close enough to both stations (JR and subway), but far enough to be a quiet neighbourhood.
We didn't use them, but there were bikes available, e.g. for shopping at the nearby supermarket.
There's instructions for the appliances in various languages and also a map with some local recommendations.
The rooms were very nice and were decorated to make you feel at (a Japanese) home

1. Location: The house is perfectly located, just a short walk from two train stations and several convenience stores, making it easy to get around and grab necessities.
2. Check-in: The check-in process was smooth and very convenient, which made arrival stress-free.
3. Space & Comfort: The house is spacious and great for families or groups. Rooms warm up well with the air-conditioning. The common hall floors can feel cold, but thankfully, indoor slippers are provided, which was a nice touch.
4. Facilities: The kitchen is decently equipped with enough utensils for basic cooking. The instruction guide was clear and helpful, especially for appliances and house rules.
5. Privacy & Amenities: The bathroom windows are blurred, but silhouettes are still visible—adding curtains would improve privacy. It would also be helpful to have more mirrors around the house.
6. Noise: Be mindful that the stairs can be noisy, especially at night, so try to move quietly to avoid disturbing others.
Overall, this was a great stay with thoughtful amenities and a convenient location. Just a few small tweaks could make it even better!

The self checkin style of this hotel is seamless. Simple instructions to follow. Even the washing machine instructions has its own manual in english. We can get ourselves checkin quickly because we don’t have to deal with anyone but ourselves. The room is spacious. They separate the toilet and shower room. The toilet seat is heated. The toilet slippers are the high quality type, it’s not like the ordinary hotel room slippers.
