Out of 4 different stays during my trip I loved this hotel the most out of 4. It is clean and fresh, very friendly personal and always eager to help, although not all of them could communicate well in English but all did their best to help, their service impressed me the most. The room was more than enough for one person with the luggage. Coffee/tea downstairs and a good selection of toiletries. Good security system and they accept your luggage to store before and after check-in in a separate room which made me feel safe. Thank you for the care and the nice atmosphere created.

The location was very central and walkable to many tourist destinations in the city. The room itself were pretty comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The shared spaces of the hostel were also very nice and easy to meet new friends. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place, such a good value for money.

Very convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful, room facilities very good, We advised them that we were vegetarian and they prepared for us twice special delicious meals and one evening searched around to find a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant which was excellent.

Great location in Sannomiya, within walking distance to Shin-Kobe Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My wheelchair-accessible room was spacious with a large, well-designed bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely book again if I return to Kobe!
