The facilities are very perfect. Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Dinner and breakfast are excellence. Staffs at front and dining room are very professional and great service mind.

All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. At the room there were various snacks, fruits and drinks. Thank you and we will stay again when we visit Arima Onsen once again.

Our stay was genuinely enjoyable thanks to a mix of thoughtful amenities and charming design.
- The location was incredibly convenient - perfect for exploring the area and just a short walk to the nearby onsen.
- The building itself has a cool heritage vibe, beautifully maintained and full of character.
- Our room was both private and spacious, offering a level of comfort that made it easy to relax
- Parking was a breeze: all-day access for just 1000 yen, and the hotel even arranged pickup and drop-off from the carpark.
- The staff were fantastic - friendly and proactive. They helped us arrange luggage delivery to our next hotel, which made our travel much smoother.

Excellent meals (dinner, breakfast, and afternoon snack)
Very warm and helpful room attendant - wonderful service. Although she did not speak fluent English, she definitely tried her best and we both used Google translate pretty effectively
Room was mix of modern and traditional, very beautiful (rooms in the East Wing have been recently renovated)
