I really enjoyed the stay in Negiya! Room was spacious and beautiful, I particularly like the Japanese futon (敷布団), which was very comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful, I am always impressed by their service. Most importantly, the outdoor onsen in Negiya was amazing :)

Excellent experience in this hotel! Although not located in the town center, the hotel offers an excellent shuttle bus service.What we like most are the hotel's private hot springs. Surugatei has a very central location, and a very comfortable room with a separate bathroom and shower. The public onsens are close-by. It was easy to check in at a local hotel, and you use passwords to get into the room. Highly recommended!
