Initially email communication was misleading , you actually don’t need to request for shuttle fr the San Bandai bus from Osaka. The airport shuttle stops n pickup from there. We stayed 2 nights, no need to book private, the 9Fand B2 baths were great, the interactive Kaiseri dinners were excellent, the breakfast was so good, we skipped lunch both days. Spouse making plans to go back next year. We requested the Japanese style rooms and enjoyed it despite tough getting up fr the floor due to my titanium knees

The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect. The food was also very good.

The breakfast was amazing. It was delivered to my room and had little plates of different things. The private onsen reservations were so lovely and outdoor so you can see into the garden. The staff was really helpful and would drive us anywhere in the town as part of the service.

A wonderful Ryokan in a fantastic location that really allows you to relax. The hosts were wonderful and took such good care of us.
