The atmosphere is fantastic, so are the meals. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, they tweaked our dinner plans and private onsen reservation without fuss due to a thunderstorm… By all means the most authentic ryokan in Arima Onsen.

Initially email communication was misleading , you actually don’t need to request for shuttle fr the San Bandai bus from Osaka. The airport shuttle stops n pickup from there. We stayed 2 nights, no need to book private, the 9Fand B2 baths were great, the interactive Kaiseri dinners were excellent, the breakfast was so good, we skipped lunch both days. Spouse making plans to go back next year. We requested the Japanese style rooms and enjoyed it despite tough getting up fr the floor due to my titanium knees

Amazing stay in the magic town of Arima Onsen, incredibly helpful staff assisted us in checking in in an amazing traditional yet modern structure. Super clean with a very large bathroom and tatami bedroom, great services provided and magic feeling of traveling back in time. Highly recommended!

Our stay was genuinely enjoyable thanks to a mix of thoughtful amenities and charming design.
- The location was incredibly convenient - perfect for exploring the area and just a short walk to the nearby onsen.
- The building itself has a cool heritage vibe, beautifully maintained and full of character.
- Our room was both private and spacious, offering a level of comfort that made it easy to relax
- Parking was a breeze: all-day access for just 1000 yen, and the hotel even arranged pickup and drop-off from the carpark.
- The staff were fantastic - friendly and proactive. They helped us arrange luggage delivery to our next hotel, which made our travel much smoother.
