The room is extremely spacious, the largest hotel I've ever stayed in Japan. The living room is cozy and relaxing which makes you feel like home. The beds are also comfortable , the location is great, everything is perfect.

We booked a 3 bed room and the room is spacious, bathroom also more spacious than average Japanese hotels. We stored luggage in the hotel before we went on a 10 days tour in Kyushu. The day when we returned to the hotel in Fukuoka, the check in staff informed us that the luggage stored with them were brought to our room. We found the service excellent!
