I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively.
Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.

The room is extremely spacious, the largest hotel I've ever stayed in Japan. The living room is cozy and relaxing which makes you feel like home. The beds are also comfortable , the location is great, everything is perfect.

I really enjoyed staying here. Staff were really kind and friendly. Room was spacious and clean! Also the location was really nice, near Tenjin station and surrounded by many shopping malls, restaurants, bars. It's also easy to visit many tourist spots. My family says that they are really satisfied too, and I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Hukuoka :)
