Very friendly staff at front desk. Cleanliness (place even smells clean). Room size. Complimentary hot beverages and fruits. Good, well kept facilities. A grocery store sits next door and there are a few good restaurants within a walking distance. Location off Zahran Street is quite convenient. Great location, great value for money, kind and welcoming staff. You couldn’t ask for more if you want in the heart of the city. Breakfast was plentiful, with eggs cooked fresh to order. We booked this hotel before hiring a car and thought that this might prove to be a problem. It was not the case. Although driving in Amman takes some getting used to, the hotel is easy to find and they have use of a private parking lot just a couple of minutes walk away - drop your bags at the hotel and they’ll show you the location - parking was 5 JOD per 24hrs as of Sep 25. There is also a multi-story parking lot right next to the hotel as an option but this is 1 JOD per hour so can add up.

The location of the hotel's stay was important to me because there is everything around the hotel. Secondly, the place is very clean, the rooms are more than wonderful than the arrangement, cleanliness and the staff are more than wonderful. There is an excellent service, there is a restaurant, this thing is excellent, everything was great and deserves this assessment.
