So glad that we chose this hotel! Amman is huge and so crowded - your best bet is to stay downtown and avoid the (usual) hotel chains, which are all located quite far away. So, the location is unbeatable. The staff we met were top class throughout. Sam and Mesya on reception, but also the other young male working with Sam and the night receptionist as well were all absolutely great and helpful. In our trip this was by far the best hotel in terms of comfort and facilities. We also felt very safe at all times.
