The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable and very clean. Valet parking was great. The location was perfect in the middle of the old town, very close to the Christmas markets and arena.

The room was decorated nicely and was very comfortable. The hotel was close to the old part of town and Roman amphitheater and near several restaurants and bars. I had an early flight and couldn't stay for breakfast, so the staff packed a huge breakfast for me. They were so generous. I ate the breakfast at the airport. You can see the photo. Everything but the coffee was from the hotel.

The hotel is beautifull, the location is great. It is walking distance of gorgest plaza with restaurants and shops.
The girls in reseption (Maria and Camilla), are quite beutifull italian women freandly and very helpfull front desk staff.

The location was excellent, very central and convenient to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great good selection of hot cold sweet and savoury and the staff serving were lovely. We have stayed in Verona several times and this will definitely be our port of call next time , I highly recommend this accommodation.
