Fantastic, I booked last minute and I wasn't expecting a big room , jet I got view and a beautiful huge suite that blow my mind. Staying in a palace was beyond expecting. Staff was amazing, polite and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to back again

We chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't be happier!
The hotel is centrally located, close to the main attractions, but the street is not too busy or noisy (at least during the low season). Hotel is filled with history: furniture, ceiling, chandeliers, art! The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking view over the city!
Room was nice and clean, had a big functional bathroom. We were lucky to also get a nice canal view!
Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious!
A bottle of prosecco from the hotel for my birthday was a lovely bonus!

The location was wonderful, the staff were fabulous and catered to our every need, we booked the Junior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, so our trip was incredibly romantic and the room was impeccably clean and luxurious.
