Pipito was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I really admired the way he explained how to use everything in our room, including the key and door. The room was very clean, vintage, and spectacular. We also appreciated the complimentary items.
The only downside was that the hotel has no elevator, but they did carry our luggage for us, which was helpful

It was absolutely amazing! From the moment when we came to the hotel early in the morning, it was a pleasure. We were offered a restroom to change, switch our handbags and backpacks and it was possible to even use a shower. We could leave our backpacks at the hotel long before our check in. The room was everything we needed, nicely furnitured, air conditioned and the beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and salty options. And the location of the hotel was top tier, 5 minutes to Riato, 5 minutes to the San Marco Square, so everything was really close. If I will ever come back to Venice, I will come back to this hotel!

Breakfast was beyond excellent! Staff and front desk especially went way beyond. My flight out ca ncelled due to strick at Venice Airport front desk made me train reservations with full explanations about the train to Rome as it was complicated for first time users.
