Excellent hotel, very helpful personnel, great breakfast and overall this place is majestic. Location is close to nice walking distance to S.Marco square. Room was warm, clean, no mold.

The attention to detail, every single part is thoroughly though of to provide the most comfort. The staff was AMAZING specially the recepcionist that look a lil bit like a TV series star. Dont think it twice, the hotel is incredible and the staff will make sure you enjoy your visit.
The photos show the room a lil bit small, but it is actually really spacious (and we got a tub!!!)
Toiletries were exceptional, the breakfast was super as well.
They teach you a lot about Venice and you know they love the place. That is something unique, I have not found anything like this in 5 different stays through Europe
I dont have a single bad thing to say about this place, we are so looking forward to coming back ♥️

Very well maintained and managed property, the staff is very responsive and kind! The guests are well taken care of, upon our arrival they left us wine and drinks at our table as a compliment. Overall the apartment is very good with a beautiful terrace and comfortable beds. The location is also very good and is 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. There is a Coop supermarket nearby.

Exceptional staff! Reception guys were very polite and helpful, always attended to what I asked with great care.
Location is very good, quick access to S.Marco and southern docks, close to a vaporetto station with direct connection (line A) to the airport.
The room was larger than I expected. The breakfast area had very comfy furniture and attentive staff.
This could easily be a 4 star hotel.
