Excellent hotel, very helpful personnel, great breakfast and overall this place is majestic. Location is close to nice walking distance to S.Marco square. Room was warm, clean, no mold.

The standard of the room facilities and the location are perfect.
Breakfast is also very good, however i suggest another point for coffee and juices , maybe near the bar area to help.

All what is needed is in that hotel and people who run it are very kind and ready to help. We found the hotel in location that is perfect for visiting Venice, in calm place with room quite and comfortable. Personnel very kind. Breakfast that can fulfill expectations of anyone used to their way of having one. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel was beautifully designed. We felt like we had stepped into a museum with all the best-quality Venetian tapestries and glass chandeliers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made us feel at home. The location was also excellent, it was walking distance to most attractions, it was near a water bus stop, and surrounded by local art galleries and stores. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for an intimate, boutique hospitality at the heart of Venice :)
