The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere.
The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical.
The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.

Leone is a very kind and attentive host. Emma was very accommodating and informative. She met us at the boat station and told us about the nearby places around the apartment. We received lots of help and ideas. Thank you so much for your flexibility and thoughtfulness. The accommodation is large and extremely clean. Very very well equipped. Comfortable bed and peaceful environment. Close to the boat station and attractions. We had a very good time. Thank you very much for the fruit platter and the small thoughtfulness.
