We could not have asked for a better boutique hotel. A Quick 10 min walk from the station and 5 min from the airport bus terminal (15 min ride to the airport). The location was stunning. Right on a canal and three or four lovely restaurants plus a large mall by the station and a discount store called Prix just around the corner.
The staff were incredible from the Pieter’s to the waiters to the reception/concierge staff Marta Maria and Laura made every question their mission to answer in as much detail as possible. Making our stay in Venice even more incredible.
The hotel has a beautiful garden too although with the heatwave while we stayed it was too hot to use but the Aircon in the room was perfect. As was the decor.
This is the perfect example of a hotel that works well, quant and has attention to detail.

the building is beautiful and in a nice but not too touristic location. Only a short walk from the main bus station (Piazzale Roma) and the main train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful palazzo building. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. All of the staff speaks English very well. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and the breakfast is outstanding.

The breakfast was so delicious with Italian food: salami, pantone, croissant was fresh. The woman baked the cakes in the mornings. The room was so clean. The staff replaced the towels everyday. They were so kindly and pleasant

Excellent place to stay- quiet neighbourhood,
main attractions within walkable distance. Attentive and helpful hostess (surprised my mom on a birthday), good italian breakfast and a very comfortable room. Luggage can be left after check out. We felt well looked after. Hidden gem of Venice :)

I stayed here 10 years ago and loved it so much that I chose to stay again this time. It’s still just as wonderful as I remembered. Relaxing in the garden while looking out over the canal was absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again.
