Very cozy atmosphere, we felt like we visited some grandparents. Actually the hotel is managed by an old couple and you can feel their way of doing staff: with principles and respect for the clients. The hotel is clean, with an old school vibe (in the very good sense) and situated in a quiet area (very important in Venice). And you can reach by foot from bus / train station in about 10 minutes (which was perfect when it comes about carrying luggage through Venice). We traveled with our 10 years old daughter and enjoyed our stay. For sure we will come back at the same hotel if we visit Venice again.

We love everything about this hotel. The warm of all of the staff welcoming us. We got upgraded for free to a suite annex. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything but quite enough from the crowds. Close enough to train station and lots of local eateries and bars.

The location was central, and all the major sites were within easy walking distance. The B&B is located in a square with an old church in its centre, a supermarket, 2 restaurants and a café/bakery. There are roads leading off the square in every direction.
The bed was very comfortable. The linen and towels were clean, and the room was well cleaned every day.
Breakfast was served in the room, as is the B&B's policy.
The host, Gianluca, was very pleasant and helpful.
