Staff was very nice and welcoming ! Made efforts to speak french and accommodate us in the best way. The boat tour we did with them (they have a partnership with a company) was great and they were very attentive even when we stayed just one night ! Thanks again !

The breakfast is really great!!! The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely furnished. The position of the hotel is ideally between the in-Venice transport entries and the center of Dosorduro - ideal for those visiting University Ca' Foscari.

Beautiful and sophisticated, perfectly equipped hotel (which authentically recalls the history of Venice) with very kind and helpful owners and staff. Their attention spanned everything, we could turn to them with any questions or requests. The train station and Piazzale Roma are close, easily accessible. Entering the gate, you can reach the reception through a medieval courtyard decorated with flowers. Upon arrival, one of the owners greeted us and provided us with a useful map and even more useful information about the hotel and the city (transportation, attractions, exhibitions, restaurants). The breakfast is varied and very tasty, and the coffee is unforgettably delicious, even in Italy we haven't had a better one! We can only recommend it to everyone! Thank you for the unforgettable hospitality!

Leone sent me directions on how to reach the apartment the best way from the airport and Manuela met me on the vaporetto stop and took me to the apartment, while making comments on where to eat, to drink and to shop around. Venice is not easy place to navigate so it was very kind of her and convenient to take me to nearest Coop. Flat is quite spacious for Venice, with a balcony over the channel. All the cooking amenities are in place. You will enjoy spending some time on the nearest square, where the Coop is. To my taste it is one of the best real life squares in the city. Not so many tourists around. 15-20 min to major attractions - San Marco, Rialto, etc.
