Pipito was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I really admired the way he explained how to use everything in our room, including the key and door. The room was very clean, vintage, and spectacular. We also appreciated the complimentary items.
The only downside was that the hotel has no elevator, but they did carry our luggage for us, which was helpful

Highly recommended. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious modern shower. A fabulous breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room. Great but very quiet location, close to the S. Angelo Vaporetto stop and just a few minutes from the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The staff was polite and helpfull.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square are within walking distance, 5-7 minutes.
The hotel room was warm and comfortable, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was exceptionally good, a very large selection and very tasty. I highly recommend.

The room is beautifully decorated. A travel in time to Venice in the 19th century.
The hotel location is so convenient, couple of steps from the center yet slightly away from the packed crowd. (1min walk from San Angelo station).
The staff, and especially Lia, are so welcoming and heartwarming. She made our stay feels like home.
We visited on Easter and the hotel surprised us with rose petals and Easter rabbit Lindt chocolate on bed.
We totally recommend this hotel and we know we'd visit again.
