It was absolutely amazing! From the moment when we came to the hotel early in the morning, it was a pleasure. We were offered a restroom to change, switch our handbags and backpacks and it was possible to even use a shower. We could leave our backpacks at the hotel long before our check in. The room was everything we needed, nicely furnitured, air conditioned and the beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and salty options. And the location of the hotel was top tier, 5 minutes to Riato, 5 minutes to the San Marco Square, so everything was really close. If I will ever come back to Venice, I will come back to this hotel!

The room is beautifully decorated. A travel in time to Venice in the 19th century.
The hotel location is so convenient, couple of steps from the center yet slightly away from the packed crowd. (1min walk from San Angelo station).
The staff, and especially Lia, are so welcoming and heartwarming. She made our stay feels like home.
We visited on Easter and the hotel surprised us with rose petals and Easter rabbit Lindt chocolate on bed.
We totally recommend this hotel and we know we'd visit again.

We stayed in the apartment owned by the hotel, it included its own steam room which wasn’t in the description of the apartment upon booking which was a huge win and a fantastic feature. The staff were excellent and finally the location couldn’t be better for first timers in Venice.

Everything, from the warm hospitality of the staff to the little details, like the beverages in the fridge & snacks, which were replaced every day. Best location, 2 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Close to the vaporetto station. Affordable restaurants around, even though it is the city center. Quiet room. Modern furniture, exceptional cleaning. Definitely made it one of the best trips ever!!
