Location is very good, two vaporetto stops nearby (one without stairs/bridges), rooms felt very clean and seemed newly renovated. Bed very comfortable! Breakfast really good!! Staff overall was very friendly (one of the front desk clerks, Sofia, was specially kind)

Perfect location in the middle of Venice. Extraordinary canal view with water surrounding the building. Amazing welcoming staff. The hotel was fully booked at the time of our stay and yet we felt we were the only customers there. We got all the attention all the care and the calm and quiet atmosphere was overwhelming 😍
