beautiful location, welcoming staff, room was amazing. celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and had chocolates, Prosecco in the room.- also had slippers, dressing gown, toiletries, coffee, water and more! our room overlooked the canal and was amazing. the breakfast was lovely and all staff were so efficient and made us very welcome. cocktails were great in the roof top bar!

Perfect location in the middle of Venice. Extraordinary canal view with water surrounding the building. Amazing welcoming staff. The hotel was fully booked at the time of our stay and yet we felt we were the only customers there. We got all the attention all the care and the calm and quiet atmosphere was overwhelming 😍

We really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to everything. Hotel in itself was quite nice, specifically the bathroom was quite spacious and modern while room maintained the old world charm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.
