Amazing location, Staff and customer Service one of the best I had. Rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect. We had a room facing the side canal and it was ideal, even though if you get a main canal room its not noisy at all. Remember this is Venice, so the rooms are a good size and lower ceiling which adds to the charm. Best bed and pillows we had in our trip. Breakfast is def one of the highlights , just amazing attention to detail, by preordering the night before, and when you arrive its all there for you. The room facing the canal where the Brekafast is served is amazing, great views. We also took a private Taxi to the airport, and its worth the €130 . Door to door service organised by the hotel, and makes you fell like a Movie Star on the Venice film festival 😂, once in your life. Thank You to the Ego Team
