beautiful location, welcoming staff, room was amazing. celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and had chocolates, Prosecco in the room.- also had slippers, dressing gown, toiletries, coffee, water and more! our room overlooked the canal and was amazing. the breakfast was lovely and all staff were so efficient and made us very welcome. cocktails were great in the roof top bar!

Location is beautiful and excellent. Service is exemplary. They upgraded our already beautiful room to one with a Grand Canal view which was so thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Right across from Harry's Bar so you can go in and have their famous Bellini cocktail. Highlight of our trip to Italy.

We really loved this apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean - a big plus! The kitchen was great and had all the necessary equipment, which definitely made our stay easier. The bed was also very comfortable, and the shower room was excellent. We especially appreciated how quiet the location was, and having the water bus stop less than a minute's walk away was just fantastic for getting around.
And talk about great service! We accidentally left two items of clothing and a small belt bag, which was a real pain for us. But the host couldn't have been more helpful. She sorted everything out and got them posted to our next location, no problem at all.
