We LOVED this hotel!! What an absolute gem! The staff are fantastic, the room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was beautiful. Having a small terrace and outdoor jacuzzi was magical - even in cold weather, it was refreshing! Watching the sun rise over the rooftops of Venice was stunning!

+ Located in a very elegant and calm sestiere of Venice - Dorsoduro, a couple of minutes from Accademia stop of vaporetti.
+ It's a charming villa with a historical feel which has a lovely garden (therefore, especially recommended for stays in summer/spring/autumn)
+ My single room was tiny but very practical (a safety-box, a mini-bar, a kettle, wifi worked well). Comfortable bed. The view was great: you could even see a little part of Canal Grande.
+ Tasty varied breakfast

Very friendly owners/staff that provided good restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. Our room was very nice, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great, you can choose your breakfast from a menu and have it provided in your room, in thier cute courtyard or rooftop. The location was fantastic. The place was super clean! Very beautiful place, very modern design.
Very, very attentive staff, the service was exceptional!
The location was also fantastic. I could walk everywhere to all the major attractions. And there was a convenience store just 3 mins away as well as lots of nice restaurants.
I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great facilities in kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher etc. We would definitely return to that accommodation, in the future!

Location was great, it was easy to acces other parts of island, but be prepared to walk 1-2 kilometres to the sights. House was also cool and cooking was possible in the apartment. There is many restaurants right next to apartment for dinner and also for breakfast.
