PERFECT LOCATION. Loved the room with a canal view. Staff went out of their way to provide us with exceptional service. Added to a wonderful first experience of Venice. Would definitely book again and a bonus that the location is near the viral Suso gelato store. We had it twice a day. An intimate breakfast setting but doesn't lack variety. Very pleased with this hotel would definitely re book. Enjoyed the spacious and beautiful bathroom & room.

Very friendly staff from the reception to the breakfast area. The interior of the building especially the breakfast area was beautiful and smelled nice. Our room was on the ground floor with an awesome view to the canal. Overall the room was comfortable and cozy with a very good temperature. The bathroom had a nice design, also we much enjoyed the fact that it had a bide. I will definitely recommend this location and choose it again when visit Venice.
