Been greeted by such friendly and helpful staff started us on a great stay . Nothing I felt was too much for them . The decoration from the door to the garden was stunning . As we exited the lift we were greeted by a beautiful lounge area . The room and bathroom was luxurious. to say the least . I loved the shutters on the window .Everything and every where in the hotel was spotless . We had the breakfast on our first morning and once again exceeded our expectations , been greeted as we entered the room and the display of fresh fruit , pastries , pancakes , yogurts etc was gorgeous . We are so delighted that we happened upon this beautiful amazing hotel at such a give away price . We will definitely be returning . Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful .

Right in centre of Venice, right on the canal with a gondola stop right out the front door. Taxi location with decking and seats right on canal out the doors of the hotel. Staff helpful, hotel very Italian theme and luxurious looking

This is an excellent location. Quiet, typical area only a short walk to S. Marco. Nice looking building inside and out. Good sizeable room with comforable beds and a superb bathroom (plenty of hot water). Excellent breakfast in a lounge reserved for guests staying in the old building (so only a few other guests): the staff will prepare your eggs to order.
