In apartment is safe box for keys but lovely girls was so good to take our bags earlier and leave them in bed. Apartment was spacious, bit a vintage style absolutely beautiful. We feel like living in castle breathtaking. Very clean,a warm ,bed comfy everything just perfect.

Location, great view, helpfulness of the staff (at the counter and in the breakfast room). Any desire (an additional blanket, a special coffee...) were instantly met and with great friendliness. A warm water boiler, cookies and coffee and complimentary bottle of water and soaps were provided.

The check in process was so simple and friendly - the staff here is exceptional. They gave me an incredible room with a view of the piazza, and they had a lot of recommendations for where to go, how to make it happen, etc. I also had a glass of wine in the bar one evening and the bartender was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the drinks, the location, the trains, basically everything we discussed. I had a great American Breakfast on the way out, and they were so proactive in making sure I had everything I needed.
