Room was spacious enough and very clean with nice clean linen and towels. Shower was nice and hot, everything was in place and in order. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They even packed us some breakfast to go when we had to catch an early train and thus couldn't eat their plentiful breakfast.
We were travelling by train so didn't want to cross any bridge with strollers and suitcases, so their location was perfect.

Alessandra and the stuff were super friendly and helpful all the time! At the arrival we got some welcome cookies and Alessandra collected and printed out the best hidden restaurants and spots for us which are non-touristict and cheap! We also got a map with all of the top attractions highlighted on it by Alessandra. We really appreciated the kindness which we got during our stay! The breakfast was also super delicious! We can chose from different type of breakfast: croissant, egg, yoghurt, cookies, fruits, cheese etc. After checking out we could leave our bags at the hotel which we really appreciated as well. All in all everything was perfect during our stay and we do recommend Alessandra's hotel to everyone! We will definitely stay here if we go back to Venice.
