The location is absolutely amazing. It is located right in the heart of everything but the position is quiet and private. The views from the apartment were unbelievable with our own private dock! The staff was exceptional-always so helpful, cheerful and kind. Everything on the property is spotless and well kept. I can’t imagine ataying anywhere in the city.

Breakfast is very nice, with fresh products and very good coffee. The breakfast is served in hotels beautiful garden, which makes the breakfast time so magical!
The room was nice, clean, big enough, with private bathroom and the canal view.
The location is better then perfect! Main tourist destinations are in close reach. You can walk from the hotel to anywhere in Venice wandering around silent and tourist free streets. The venetto stations are very close to the hotel, especially we loved Line 1, which runs on the main canal and the Line 12 which takes you to the Murano, Burano and Torcello islands.
