We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal!
In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :)
What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is very impressive, elegant, newly furnished. Our room was very spacious and beautiful, perfectly serviced every day. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The coffee machine in the room made delicious coffee, it was a wide selection and the coffee stock is replenished daily at no extra charge. Breakfast was really good, fresh juice, various fruits, sparkling wine and more. The staff is extremely kind and caring. The hotel staff arranged a free tour to the Murano glass factory right from the hotel door. It was a really wonderful experience at this hotel.

Great location to train station. Approximately 1.8km from St Mark's and the Doge.
Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast that was very good.
If you are happy to amble around and explore o the way to St Mark's square this is a great option.
We had been staying in a private apartment very close to St Mark's prior to this and had to relocate due to it being unsuitable (mold and bedbugs)
We would definitely stay at the U Visionary again and are very happy to recommend it.

I had the loveliest stay. The bed was comfortable, my room was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff treat the guests very well. It's nicer than a big fancy hotel, it's beautiful. I highly recommend this lovely place. They even let me speak my bad Italian! If I come back to Venice, I want to stay here again. Oh and the internet is very good too!!

Apartment was exactly as described. Our hosts provided easy to follow directions to the apartment. Apartment was spacious and comfortable and well appointed. We loved the fact that the apartment overlooked a canal. We really enjoyed two local restaurants. We had a great time in Venice.
