Excellent location, quiet and peaceful and a very spacious. Overlooking a beautiful canal and bridge. 1 minute walk to a water taxi / bus.
Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom.
Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here! Antonella is a brilliant host and greeted us on arrival. It is such a good location away from the madness of San Marco but still convenient for getting around. Lovely to have some outside space too.. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect small place to stay away from the crowds- for the money it’s very good value for Venice and we would happily stay again. It is very easy to reach from the vaporetto stop at Fondamente Nove too. Self check-in also a bonus if you’re arriving late.
