The location is very quiet compared to the rest of Venice. It felt more authentic and genuinely local. There were many nice spots to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to Venice.

This hotel was amazing. The room is spectacularly decorated. Is big and spacious with two bathrooms with all the amenities you need. The location is within walking distance from the Rialto Bridge which makes it convenient to catch the water bus or taxi. It also has a boat dock which allows you to take good pictures of the bridge and the city. But, what made this stay so special was the host. They are very attentive and will go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We had to leave very early in the morning which meant that we couldn't have breakfast and they were so kind as to prepare breakfast for us so that we had something to eat on our way to Milan. They also allowed us to check in early and had the room ready for us when we arrived. Lastly, the owner gave us a map of Venice and explain to us the best things to see and eat which I thought was great.

Everything went well beyond my expectations: the elegance of the common area and the room, renovated just a few months ago blending the ancient Venetian homes with contemporary furnishings; impeccable cleanliness; the service. Perhaps the most surprising aspect was the attention to small details that make a difference: colored lights for the shower, soft blue lights in the room, numerous power outlets, the kettle, and herbal teas. The host, Lorenzo, is incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful: a friend more than a landlord.
