We had a lovely stay at this place. The room was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They refreshed the coffee and water daily, and assisted us whenever we needed anything. The neighborhood is charming, with many nice spots by the canal—peaceful, yet within walking distance of the city center. There were some mosquitoes, which is typical for Venice, so we recommend bringing a repellent or electric device to keep them away . Overall, a great experience!

We got an upgrade to the junior suite and the room was gorgeous! It was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. They even have a private pier for gondola ride right outside our room.
The hotel staff Enrico was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us accurate recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Venice. He even arranged a private gondola ride for us and it was amazing!
Our stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip and is the best stay throughout our 2 weeks travel in Europe.

The property is a lovely small hotel with 4 rooms where you can feel the personal care and attention of the owner. The direct contact with Alessandro was very smooth. He welcomed us to drop off our luggage early afternoon and we felt immediately at home. Everything is extremely well taken care off, just impeccable. Quiet location in a small street, close to beautiful Castello neighborhood.
