Staff was very friendly and gave us tips to see the best placed in the city and get the authentic “Torino” experience!
Parking was a little tricky because of the ZTL zone, but the staff gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the parking garage, be aware that one day of parking will cost around €40 if you travel by car, but it makes up for the distance you have to walk from Roma San Carlo Castello to the hotel.
We had an issue with a toll gate on the Autostrada and the staff was able to help us solve this issue!
Room was clean and the view from the roof terrace is amazing 🤩
