The room was great, very warm and cosy! The location was very central and the receptionists were also extremely helpful - they gave us nice tips, were always available, helped us to call a taxi and waited with us until it arrived, etc. The breakfast was also good.

The location is perfect. Especially if you are planning usian arriva bus to get from and to thr airport (3min walk). The Porta Nuova station 4 minutes, supermarkets, restaurants, center, historical sights all within a walking distance. Dont expect anything fancy, but everything is clean, bed very comfortable, they even changed the towels.
