Almost everything was great except for parking policy. The service at the front desk did everything they could to solve any inconvenience. Breakfast (choice and quality) was better in comparison with other hotels we stayed in in this part of Italy. It is probably in the best location in the city (close to the center and great as starting point for the daytrips). I would come definitely again.

One of the most beautiful hotels to be and close to the centre.So cozy with great view. The room was clean and they provide you with everything you might need. People were so polite, with such a calm tone in their voice who made us feel like home. For sure we will try our best to come back as soon as possible !!

it is a very homely place, in a great location, just a short walk away from the Duomo, right in the city’s historic centre. my room was large, spacious and very comfortable. i cannot speak enough of the host Piero. he was a wonderful host, going out of his way to help and assist me on my trip wherever possible. he ensured i had a great and comfortable stay and didn’t face any problems. the breakfast served was also very delicious! i definitely recommend anyone coming to Siena to stay here, it was an amazing experience for me!
