Old-fashioned family-operated independent hotel. Splendid historical building and musch gardens (loved the resident turtle). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. All you expect of a palazzo hotel. Unique parking inside Siena as well.

Nice and clean room, great location, very quiet. Slept like a baby. It was nice to be away from the main streets but you can still easily reach everything by foot. Nice bars/restaurants nearby. The owner was very nice and gave great tips and a map!
