Location, cleanness and Pietro’s advice are great! The friendliest stuff I’ve met so far with lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, has everything you need - a safe box, minibar, even a smart tv. Location is literally two steps away from the main square and the windows are looking onto one of the main streets (but since they’re soundproof you won’t hear a sound unless you want to go on the balcony). There was only a lobby area with coffee and water machine and another balcony which was great!

Fantastic place in the center of Siena. Roberto provides care at the highest level. He takes care of every detail, is flexible and very helpful. Great room, delicious breakfast.

The apartment is very clean and specious. It's located just outside the tourist area but you do need to walk approx 7 mins to reach the tourist area. The walk is quite steep... There is free parking on the streets but you do need to look for them. We were very happy with the unit and actually stayed for another night. The host is very responsive and it was easy to get the keys to access the unit.

The front desk staff were so helpful in suggesting and booking a restaurant. The location is just perfect. The history and atmosphere of the building was wonderful.
