Almost everything was great except for parking policy. The service at the front desk did everything they could to solve any inconvenience. Breakfast (choice and quality) was better in comparison with other hotels we stayed in in this part of Italy. It is probably in the best location in the city (close to the center and great as starting point for the daytrips). I would come definitely again.

The location was very close to the centre and really close to some nice restaurants! The host was amazing, really friendly, kind and informative. The room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend it. I loved my stay!

it is a very homely place, in a great location, just a short walk away from the Duomo, right in the city’s historic centre. my room was large, spacious and very comfortable. i cannot speak enough of the host Piero. he was a wonderful host, going out of his way to help and assist me on my trip wherever possible. he ensured i had a great and comfortable stay and didn’t face any problems. the breakfast served was also very delicious! i definitely recommend anyone coming to Siena to stay here, it was an amazing experience for me!
