Everything. The staff are clearly highly trained on top-notch customer service. Anna Laura was at the check-in, Dennis who was at the door, Carlo at the breakfast restaurant, and the other staff were all helpful and friendly. We didn't know the names of the other staff, but they were all helpful and warm. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Housekeeping did a terrific job. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The location is amazing. Literally a minute from the Trevi Fountain, a walking distance to Piazza Venicia that leads you to the Collesium, Spanish Steps, and a host of other must-visit places. There are also so many streets for shopping just nearby.

Everyone was very helpful. Perfect accommodation was for us, just a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Spacious clean room with comfortable bed. We could have free coffee, tea and croissants at any time.
They responded to messages immediately if we had any questions.
They also arranged airport transfers.
