The location is excellent - short walk to all restaurants of Trastevere, and I walked to Vatican, Coliseum, Fontana and Pantheon from the hotel as well in longer but super doable walks. You can also access bus stops in a short walk. The hotel is right next to the Botanical Garden so you can see and feel all the green in the area. Staff was super friendly, giving great tips to the city. I loved my room, very spacious and clean, nice view of the garden and even though the bathroom is outside of the room there were individual ones - very clean, excellent shower. They don’t offer a breakfast buffet, but every morning there were coffee, pastries and sandwiches for the guests

We really enjoyed our stay! Very hospitable staff. Cosy but spacious rooms, very well designed. There is a kettle with coffee and tea. Great location. The terrace is an extra plus. I recommend it!!!

Me and my friend (both female) had a wonderful time here. We felt very safe at the location! Simona was truly the perfect host. She helped us with info about the city and public transport, she made sure we had everything we needed and she messaged back really fast. The room was cleaned every day and we had no incidents with leaving our stuff inside. The bed was confortable, the heat was on, the room overall is very well equipped! The common space has a kitchen and is a great space to eat and hang out. We totally recommend this place and we will definately come back!
