Very clean. The bathtub was amazing and leissureful for the price. The location of the guesthouse was perfect. The receptionist simona was amazing friendly always smiling and helpful at any moment. If you go to rome is really a value of price destination and we will sure be back

The location is excellent - short walk to all restaurants of Trastevere, and I walked to Vatican, Coliseum, Fontana and Pantheon from the hotel as well in longer but super doable walks. You can also access bus stops in a short walk. The hotel is right next to the Botanical Garden so you can see and feel all the green in the area. Staff was super friendly, giving great tips to the city. I loved my room, very spacious and clean, nice view of the garden and even though the bathroom is outside of the room there were individual ones - very clean, excellent shower. They don’t offer a breakfast buffet, but every morning there were coffee, pastries and sandwiches for the guests

The location was perfect to see all the sites of Rome on foot. The bed was comfortable. The coffee was great and the host was fantastic. Highly recommend this accommodation. Trastevere has fantastic restaurants and night life.

The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was very powerful. Having a small fridge and a kettle in the room was very convenient. The room was checked and cleaned as necessary daily. The self check in was easy. The staff that came each morning were very friendly and polite.The breakfast area was bright and comfortable and there was a good choice of breakfast items. It was very quiet when you closed the windows.The heating came on in the late evening.
