It was the perfect experience. Stefano did a fantastic job to explain us the hotel amenities as well as explaining how the public transportation works and even suggested the places to visit.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. Heating was very good and hot water was always available, with no issues at all. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable. Furthemore, coffee machine with coffee capsules and an electric kettle with excellent tea were provided.
The location is excellent, close to many points of interest, three metro stations (serving two different lines), as well as the main train station. Supermarkets, cafés, and highly rated restaurants are all within very short walking distance.
