The hotel is in a very good location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini station, which is very convenient if you're coming from the airport. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I would like to especially mention the hotel administrator – a very pleasant and kind woman.

Property was in a good location, very close to the main train station, and within walking distance to everything you could need (sight seeing, supermarket, laundromat, restaurants etc.). Bed was comfortable & room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was brought at the agreed time, and the owner even changed the breakfast style when she noticed some things weren’t eaten over other things. Owner went above and beyond for us. She explained all the keys and what they were used for, gave us a map of Rome and pointed out the closest public transport so that we knew what to use. She even gave us cute postcards when we left, and even let us store our luggage when we checked out until 7pm when our night train was due.

Both Georgio and Katia were extremely nice and welcoming people, they helped a lot with choosing the good route for sightseeing. Also there always an option for a snack or a cup of tea in the kitchen.
The facilities are in pretty good state, beds are comfortable, everything is clean.
I really have no complaints and wish the owners good luck!
