We had the garden room. The setup, with the bathroom downstairs, is unusual but pleasantly surprised us. The room was big enough and decorated in a classical way that fits the style of the building. Breakfast was not special but sufficient. Location was perfect, a bit secluded but on walking distance to Trastevere.

Maurizio is very nice, he is always helpful. Rooms in a tenement house, a good solution for access to the building and apartment. Very strict hygiene standards, The location it’s great, close to public transport and train station. We even walk from Vatican and Trastevere. There is a lots of nice restaurants, cafeterias around.

The location was very convenient to why I was there. The breakfast was always amazing fresh fruit, juices, tea's, pastries, variety of meats and cheeses and fresh coffee ( americano or cappuccino).

Clean and renovated apartment. There were specific instructions for remote check in as well as to enter the property. The decoration was modern and the owner provides what you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay ! Highly recommended!

GREAT hosts: they kept in continuous contact before my arrival and have thought about everything. You will even find a essential cosmetic products if you don't have your own and ear plugs. The room is large and very clean with air conditioning! The property is very easily accessible (by metro or bus and entry straight from the street). Very nice kitchen, with coffee and quite a few options for breakfast!

Great location- very close to bus and metro stations, 30 min away by bus from the main attractions. Lots of places to eat and drink, gelaterias and wine/cocktail bar around the block. Very clean and well organised. Highly recommend. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable.
